No gallant 7th cavalry charges forth to rescue American
Democracy, no grand commission, no exhaustive
report, not the Supreme Court – not even the
iconic Captain America, and certainly not Special Counsel, Jack Smith! The
responsibility to salvage America now rests
exclusively on the shoulders of its
often-overlooked “2nd class” citizens. This
looming Presidential election is honestly a
“call to action,” summoning Americans of
Color, the vibrant representatives of the
rainbow flag, and suburban/rural White women
to show up, turn out, and show out if need be,
least we find ourselves in Trump’s
“Reeducation” Camps come Christmas ’24.
White women must delve deep within, finding reserves of
intestinal fortitude to stand against their
overbearing fathers, husbands, sons, uncles,
and cousins. They must brave potential ire by
voting against the looming shadow of Donald J.
Trump.
Tragically but predictably, a significant portion of the
White male population seems detached from the
essence of humanity. Expressing a desire to
dismantle and defund the United Nations, they
reject the concept of “‘Team’ - Together Everyone Accomplishes More.” Noble
thoughts like “I am my brother’s keeper” or
“One for all, and all for one” find no home in
the mindset of these MAGA men.
For them, it’s a mantra of “Every man for Himself,” an
ethos of “I got mine, you get yours,”
subscribing to the principle of survival of
the fittest. The notion of “Women and children
first” – that noble concept – doesn’t even
register in their narrow minds.
The stark reality we face is this: American democracy
hangs by a thin thread. The decisions of White
women will reverberate, impacting the destiny
of every American. The entire populace teeters
on the precipice, and in their privileged
hands, White women hold the fate of the entire
nation.
Oh, the weight of it all…
This is not the time nor place for passive reflection. Do
not ask “what American Democracy can offer you
and me, but rather, what we can contribute to
salvage it.” In this critical juncture,
whether the mildly educated masses grasp the
gravity of this moment or not, the essence of
Democracy – representative government, the
sanctity of one human, one vote – that
cherished and innocent Disney fairy tale named
America the Beautiful teeters on the brink. It
faces the looming shadow of extinction,
replaced by the ominous specter of a
Russian-like evil empire led by a despicable
dictator, King Trump.

The peril is palpable; the endangered form of life known
as Democracy requires our urgent, collective
defense.
In 2020, Biden seemed the “right” choice, but now, in the
crucible of the present, where “push comes to
shove,” it’s crystal clear – the civilized
Left needs a Harris-Newsom ticket to spearhead
the true unity the Democratic Party craves.
Picture it: Kamala Harris as President, Gavin
Newsom as Vice President, an unapologetically
formidable duo, a strategic juggernaut poised
to thwart the looming specter of the
tyrannical fat man who threatens to unleash
hell in the guise of retribution for his MAGA
legion of delusional, self-proclaimed victims.
Trump and the stooge he dubs as his running hand puppet
won’t debate these two.
A “unity” ticket isn’t just a political chessboard move;
it’s a bold tactical, strategical
counterattack, a rallying cry from the ranks
of those disgusted and determined not to allow
Trump’s 21st-century Confederates to return
this country to 1952, or 1860. It’s time to
derail the impending chaos with the
Harris-Newsom ticket – a legitimate and
genuine political team that embodies the noble
elements MAGA fears - diversity, equality,
inclusion, teamwork, and unity.
A Black woman and a White man, who could push, pull, drag,
haul, and kick this socially polarized country
into the future, rather than back, back, back
to a bloody, violent, racist, patriarchal,
elitist, and xenophobic American past.
I’ve been hoping and praying that the Democratic Party’s
brain trust, that roundtable of liberals,
wilting Flower Children, Hippies with hip
replacements, Progressives, Revolutionaries,
and Dixiecrats wake up and realize the clocks
are about to strike midnight.
The Republican MAGA Cult has, too, realized a
Harris/Newsome Unity Ticket would be the
Democrats’ ticket to ride; it is their worst nightmare, the “Salt n’ Pepa’”
ticket, the complementary ticket, the winning ticket that saves American Democracy from the 2nd coming
of Hitler.
Trump, according to one of his baby’s mommas, slept with a
copy of Adolf’s most grotesque tunes on his
gold-plated night table.
Might it be we all need to stop and think about what is
about to befall Americans of color and women
if such an angry, hateful, mean, and spiteful
man as Trump is, elected President again.
Blacks, Mexicans, Asians, Queer folk, “Negro-loving” White
folks - all of us vermin are about to be
victims of the well planned-out genocidal
cleansing of these no longer seriously
considered to be the “United” States of
America.
We could be but steps away from America’s 21st century
Holocaust.
The goal of Trump and his cult has always been to take
back their country and make it great (white)
again; it seems they despise and loathe the
notion of a multicultural Democracy.
