Donald Trump isn’t just King again. He’s the warden, the judge, the jury - and let’s be
honest, the guy smuggling contraband into the
prison yard. Welcome to the United States of
Retribution, circa 2025, where dissent is a
sin, protest is a crime, and the Constitution
is being used as a brunch napkin at
Mar-a-Lago.
Let’s call this what it is: America’s Devil’s Island. And no, that’s not just a metaphor - it’s a literal
blueprint, a tactical doctrine, a
psycho-political manifesto dressed all up as
policy. Trump isn’t imagining a strongman
state. He’s constructing one - brick by brick, bill by bill, Executive Order
by batshit Executive Order. Trump’s Fantasy
Island: Locking Democracy Away Forever.
Reopen Alcatraz? Coincidental? Merely interesting? Or, as
diabolical and sinister as it appears?
Welcome to Trump’s Devil’s Island: Now Featuring
International Exile - One Deportation at a
Time - Sponsored by MAGA, Powered by Revenge."
Congratulations, America. We’ve officially reached the
“Outsource Your Civil Rights” stage of
authoritarianism.
In the latest installment of Trump’s Devil’s Island: The
Reality Show No One Can Escape, we meet Kilmar
Abrego Garcia, a legal U.S. resident -
emphasis on legal - who found himself deported
to El Salvador against a unanimous Supreme
Court ruling. Let that sink in. Even Sam Alito
agreed it was unconstitutional, and this man
thinks “Handmaid’s Tale” is a good time.
So what happened? The Trump administration - always
allergic to law and accountability - simply
ignored the ruling. Because why follow the
Constitution when you can cosplay as a
dictator on Day 110 of your second coming?
Instead of being returned home to Maryland, Kilmar is now
rotting in a Salvadoran prison, where he’s
been labeled a “terrorist” without a charge,
trial, or even the courtesy of a kangaroo
court. This isn’t extradition. This isn’t
deportation. This is political exile,
MAGA-style - and it’s happening under the
stars and stripes.
Senator Chris Van Hollen, a man who still seems to believe
laws matter (adorable, really), flew to El
Salvador to beg for basic due process. His
statement? Blunt: “Yes, we are in a
constitutional crisis.” No kidding, Chris. The
only thing missing is the official Trump Seal
of Tyranny, complete with golden handcuffs and
a red hat that reads “Gulag ’Em All.”
And what does El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele say?
Well, he’s refusing to return Kilmar, offering
MAGA America a friendly little demo of how
international strongman solidarity works: scratch my autocrat, and I’ll
scratch yours.
Let’s review: Supreme Court says return him. Trump’s DOJ
says nah.
A U.S. Senator flies across borders to undo a
dictatorship-in-training’s homework. And the
rest of us? We’re watching due process sink
faster than Melania’s smile on Election Night.
This isn’t just about Kilmar Abrego Garcia. This is a test
run. A political dress rehearsal for a future
where court orders are optional, human rights
are transactional, and citizenship is just a temporary condition - contingent on how loudly you clap for the King.
Trump’s Devil’s Island isn’t metaphor anymore. It’s
policy. It’s precedent. And if you think it
stops at Kilmar, you haven’t been paying
attention - or you’ve already packed for
exile.
The Warden-in-Chief has been on a rampage, damn near gone
berserk.
● Deporting
U.S. citizens - yes, actual Americans - to El Salvadoran prisons,
because apparently Gitmo wasn’t exotic enough.
● Freezing
$2.3 billion in Harvard’s federal
funds because they wouldn’t cave to demands to scrap
diversity and kiss the MAGA…. ring.
● Strong-arming
law firms that dared oppose him, threatening investigations
unless they scrubbed their diversity programs
and got in line.
● Lifting
water flow restrictions on shower
heads because, in his America, if the Earth can’t breathe, at
least his hair can.“No longer will shower
heads be weak and worthless!” “I like to take
a nice shower to take care of my beautiful
hair, because my hair - I don’t know about
you, but it has to be perfect. Perfect.” This
is the narcissistic nutjob we’re dealing with.
Talk about “priorities…”
● Restoring
Confederate monuments and whitewashing
textbooks to honor history’s “great men” - code for slaveholders,
seditionists, and racist icons.
● Mandating
10% tariffs across the board, except
for China, it’s 200%, for Russia 0%
(Something is rotten at Mar-A-Lago) while reviving primitive coal plants like it’s 1890
again, polluting the planet and your portfolio
at the same damn time.
● Openly
fantasizing about deploying the
Insurrection Act to unleash the military on civilians, as if we’re all
starring in his fascist fan fiction.
And this is just the last few weeks.
Trump promised he’d be a dictator on Day One, and shocker - he wasn’t lying. He’s not hiding the plan.
He’s bragging about it. He wants vengeance, retribution,
domination. And he wants his enemies - read:
journalists, immigrants, professors, Black
voters, trans kids, union leaders - to pay.
Not metaphorically. Literally.
This 78 year-old man-cub is hand crafting his 21st century version of Devil’s
Island, and roughly half of America is helping
pour the concrete. The other half? Well, most
of us are still holding out hope the courts
will save us. How trifilin’. Never mind that
Trump’s handpicked in-justices have already given him de facto immunity even for insurrection. That’s not democracy. That’s a theatrical production of
“King Lear.”
Is mainstream America, all the ethnic nations, identity
groups, cultural cohorts, whatever we are who populate this nutfarm, so very
comfortable, or are we so undereducated, to
put it politely, that we are basically silent?
Yep, it’s so quiet, so, so quiet, you can hear America
tiptoeing away from democracy.
The Insurrection Act is no longer just a relic of legal trivia - it’s
part of the 2025 playbook. Project 2025, to be exact. A Heritage Foundation (well
dressed klansmen) fever dream where civil servants get loyalty tested,
federal agencies get gutted, and
authoritarianism gets a glow-up with gold
trim.
This is no longer a drill. This is no longer a drill.
Repeat, this is not a drill.
This is the “main event” of Trump’s 11 ring circus. The
gulag is going digital. The military is being
positioned for domestic deployment. Think Tulsa, Rosewood. And MAGA media - Fox, Newsmax, X - are the propaganda arm, feeding the good ol’ boy
base red meat and white fear 24/7, 365/52,
endlessly.
Book bans. History whitewashing. Professors fired.
Protests criminalized. Journalists doxxed. And
yet the country still whispers, “Do you
really think he has gone too far?”
And now: Reopen Alcatraz? Coincidental? Really?
Too far? He’s drag-racing down Interstate 666 with the devil
riding shotgun. Call it the Hell Express, the
636 to Lucifer’s Orange Lake of Fire.
This is about control. Punitive, obsessive, Gorgeous George meets
Orwell-meets-Kardashian-style stranglehold control. And Trump’s not doing it
alone - he’s got a whole Republican mall
parking lot carnival backing him. JD Vance
openly blames Black leaders for America’s
decline. Elon Musk pedals racist conspiracy,
and throws up the Nazi salute, while
Republican legislatures are turning states
into diabolical laboratories of fascist
lawmaking.
So again, we must ask: What’s the damn breaking point?
Is it not enough that Trump wants mass deportation camps
for millions? That he’s tactically yet
randomly firing civil servants, destroyng the
long held pillars of the Black middle class
and replacing them with handpicked MAGA
cultists? That he’s musing about rounding-up
protestors like cattle, shipping Americans off
to some island off the coast of El Salvador?
Or is it that the boot hasn’t pressed hard enough on your neck yet?
Because it’s already stomping on someone else’s - on Black
bodies in Florida classrooms, on immigrant
children at the border, on LGBTQ youth
silenced into hiding, on women in red states
who now need a passport to get an abortion.
And still, the resistance is fragmented. Unions? Mostly
quiet. Civil rights groups? Sporadic. Everyday
citizens? Numb, scrolling TikTok. The fire’s been lit, but folks are arguing over whether it
smells like smoke or Sandalwood incense.
Burney and Carvo are sending smoke signals, look up, keep
your heads to the sky. This is no longer about
elections. It’s about survival. Democracy
isn’t eroding; it’s being excavated, and Trump is swinging the pickaxe. The courts are
complicit. The Congress is cowardly. The media
is still stuck in 2016, wondering if calling
him a “liar” is too mean.
The only real weapon left is disruption. Mass disruption. General
Strike, work stoppage, hit these elitist
SOBs in the only spot it hurts, their
wallets and purses. Like I keep saying, they don’t have hearts, they have cash registers
and value meters.
Worker bees and ants strike. Flood the streets. Lock down land/air and sea ports.
Halt deliveries. Park the trucks. Shut it all
the hell down.
Not for a hashtag. Not for a weekend. For real. Because if we don’t stop him now, the night trains to
Devil’s Island will be running on time. The
cells will be reserved. The guards are already
hired. The sentence? Indefinite.
This isn’t politics. This is punishment. Trump doesn’t
want to govern. He wants to rule. Inflict pain. Cruelty is his calling card.
So, America - what’s it gonna be? Righteous Resistance or weak, meak
compliance? Because the time for “hoping” he doesn’t go too far, baby,
that’s come n’ gone.
He already has. And if we’re still waiting, then maybe Devil’s Island
isn’t his fantasy. Maybe it’s our reality.
