I’ve been Black all my life, so with that in mind, I can say to you with all the confidence and conviction in this here world that I know, deep down in my heart, my bat-senses, my spider senses tell me - if ever Oprah, Bill Cosby, Jay-Z concoct any collection of “hi n’ all-so-very mighty” Black folks, ever consolidate their considerable resources, go out and purchase planes and ships... with the sole-purpose of providing Black Americans who wish to go - with a vehicle back-to-Africa, back-to-the Caribbean, back-to anywhere... and Black folks started lining up at both air and ship ports... leaving, getting the Hell out, exiting stage left... If this mass- exodus were to occur... , you could count, on one hand of a four-fingered man... the White folks standing at the terminal with tears in their eyes, crying, begging Black folks to stay.

Nobody, well, very, very few Black folks think otherwise.

And for those liberal White folks like Bill Maher who probably would be down at Long Beach crying his eyes out, the real Americans on the Right will have a name for him... Nigger lover.

Here, but-an-ounce of history; The Klan, as in Ku Klux - openly supported Marcus Garvey’s “Back To Africa Movement.” You don’t think their distant-cousin descendants, Today’s TEA Party, (and I don’t know how distant these folks really are....) don’t feel about the same way? don’t harbor the identical anti-everybody who ain’t White mentality?

Really? Someone please tell me when when and where folks had this enlightenment?

Outside of, say, White economic realists - who’d grasp the financial equation of the US minus Black workers and consumers, Capitalism, unbridled, cutthroat US capitalism needs poor, unenlightened people to pimp n’ exploit... the rest of White America would be blowing horns, toasting Champagne glasses and singing “Happy days are here again!”

All crimes would cease the moment the last Black dude was whisked away...

Now, since I wholeheartedly believe that to be the probable overall White reaction to a mass-exodus of Black folks, I can’t understand the mock outrage I’m hearing coming out of the Redneck Right regarding Harvard’s late professor Derrick Bell’s Space Traders satire...? It depicts white Republicans as so-ready to get rid of the black race that they decide with almost no reservation nor hesitation to trade “inferior” Black people to Aliens - in return for - unlimited energy.

Is there any doubt, any question that today’s GOP, from the top down, from Rush Limbaugh down to puppets and clowns like Santorum and Newt would not be willing to ship all Blacks to Venus or Neptune if the price was right?

I’m just as baffled with this ideal Obama has set of the feet of “Black Racist.”

If White folks deem the thoughts and ideals of Dr. Bell or say the Reverend Jeremiah Wright as “militant,” then that simply illustrates in vivid, stark Black and White how very disconnected Black and White folks are. For whatever the delusional reason, White folks think Black folks inherently reason White people “like us,” and that the nation is a fair playing field where racial oppression only exist in the US in the form of, dig this... reverse racism.

Ponder this notion from the frozen tundra of Sarah Palin’s porch “Look at his embracing of Derrick Bell, the radical college racist professor whom he…embraced literally and figuratively asking others to open their hearts and minds to the radical agenda of a racist like Derrick Bell who believed that white men oppress blacks and minorities,” she said. “And Barack Obama, evidently at least at the time, believed what Derrick Bell believed.”

Who Black doesn’t believe a significant percentage of the White population White folks still endeavor to oppress Black people? Am I, as a Black man, suppose to honestly believe White people like me? Are you serious?

I can only guess that we’re suppose to surmise that from the low education attainment levels of Blacks - to the sky-high incarceration numbers - neither has a damn thing to do with White racism? Am I to believe most White folks in the legal system, such as cops and judges, actually like Blacks? As do Caucasian doctors and nurses? As do those in the financial industry, bankers and loan officers, they too “like” Black folks?

Let’s not pretend there’s not research documenting racial disparities in health care, particularly when it comes to pain management. Studies have shown that white patients are more likely to get pain medication - and be in less pain - than minority patients. Other studies have shown that health providers are more likely to stereotype black patients as being more likely to abuse pain pills than white patients.

Am I to believe the reason why every major city in the US can’t seem to find enough Black teachers or fireman has nothing to do with White discrimination? But rather Black incompetence? Instead, the pitiful situation in which most of Black America is mired is due to... our own failures? We are as individuals, as a people, inferior in all matters?

Am I to believe this nation of White folks, with their history and background likes me or mine? There’s no oppression or discriminating taking place in America, nor are there any lingering effects of 350 years of treating an entire race as sub-human? White folks have moved on, matured, progressed and evolved to the point where they now believe what they wrote down almost a quarter millennium ago... we hold these truths to [mean that] all men are created equal?

I find the fact that the White Right in America is outraged over Reverend Wright’s words, offended by Professor Bell’s theories... a testament to the separate worlds in which we dwell. Clearly, most White folks have never attended a Black church, never attended a Black birthday party or back yard bar-b-que - because if they did - they’d understand both the Black intelligentsia and the rank n’ file working ants n’ bees share common ground with both men.

News-flash for White folks: most thinking Black folks thought Malcolm X, Angela Davis, Huey P. and Bobby Seale were freedom Fighters, not militant terrorists. We also saw Crazy Horse and Sitting Bull as good, decent men defending their homeland from European Pirates. FDR was a great President, Reagan was horrible.

As Muhammad Ali said, “Ain’t no Viet Cong called me Nigger!”

Please, tell me how I’m suppose to believe there’s not a lingering yearning to oppress Black folks? What is it I’m supposed to hear and see coming out of the Republican TEA Party, the philosophical and emotional home of ⅔’s of White America, that I’m to interpret as love or mutual respect?

Is it the constant “White Flight” I see? White folks deliberately segregating themselves from most other races? Their reckless greed-driven growth - i.e, suburban sprawl - shows White folks having nothing to do with Blacks of any economical level.

It’s still once Blacks move in... there goes the block, the neighborhood, the school system down-the-drain. Lily White is the preferred state of being in America. The Whiter... the better.

Rand n’ Ron Paul have a political following because they’re advocating a return to segregation, to “States Rights,” and the authority for business to serve whomever they choose to serve.

Or wait, what about Chief U.S. District Judge, Richard Cebull, of Billings? Recall the email that he sent out; “Normally I don’t send or forward a lot of these, but even by my standards, it was a bit touching. I want all of my friends to feel what I felt when I read this. Hope it touches your heart like it did mine; A little boy said to his mother; ‘Mommy, how come I’m black and you’re white?’” the email joke reads. “His mother replied, ‘Don’t even go there Barack! From what I can remember about that party, you’re lucky you don’t bark!’”

Yes! A federal judge passed that on to his buddies, White men who sit in supposed un-bias judgement of Black folks

Or take for instance the latest shooting of a Black boy by a White man down in the Sunshine state which has garnered national attention; Trayvon Martin, who was shot as he was walking to the home of his father’s girlfriend from a convenience store in Sanford, just north of Orlando, on Feb. 26. The self-appointed neighborhood watch captain, with a history of assaulting cops, has told the police that he shot Trayvon, 17, in self-defense.

Most of the witnesses contradict the “crazy Nigger was going to eat me” defense, as does all the common sense in the world.

Yes, of course, a Black life in America is as important and valuable as a White kids... who thinks that? Yeah, of course it ought be as valuable, but we all know its not.

Just as the American Indians were given Smallpox-tainted blankets and Blacks were purposely injected with syphilis - today’s Black man is a target for white indifference, racism and hostility.
