Trump wants to work with Black leaders to also make Black America great. Please, Ask not what White America can do for us, but what we can do for ourselves . . .

The Congressional Black Caucus can provide King Trump with multiple copies of all their well thought-out ideas, suggestions, observations and solutions to make Black America healthy, wealthy, safe, secure and wise. However between Steve Bannon, Stephen Miller and the rest of the Knights of the Redneck Roundtable those recommendations are going to be tossed into the “who gives a damn Nigger” file . . . . I deeply question if we can legislate morality and equality, especially to a segment of US society which does not value fairness nor diversity. Perhaps we need to look away from Dixie-fried DC and seriously ponder another path for Black America.

I insist we need a plan in the face of a man, representing the White Establishment which has declared war on Black people. I’m going to be brutally blunt; Trump’s White America doesn't give a damn about you and me. Trump’s old America, which is populated with most of the White people in America has concluded American slavery was a “positive” rather than a “negative” for Black folk. Additionally this segment of US society wholeheartedly believes the White race is an endangered species, and delusionally see themselves as victims of reverse racism and discrimination in their own country.

In a gesture of approval and support for Trump, this last month of January the Republican National Committee received record breaking donations from the rank n’ file, nearly $20 million, signaling they like and approve of Trump’s war on Americans of color. The administration is rounding-up Mexicans and Muslims as Steve Bannon’s forces are attacking Jewish folk while General J. Beauregard Sessions prepares the Confederate Gestapo forces to “stop n” frisk” we gorillas in the mist.

Like I said, don’t ask a damn thing of these so-called real Americans, but rather ask ourselves what can we do to confront the clear and present danger Trump’s coup d'etat represents. What can we do to better our lives, and the lives of our children and grandchildren? I’ve repeatedly advocated a “mass” exodus of Black folks to the four-corners of the globe, Marcus Garvey, Paul Robeson, Josephine Baker and WEB DuBois weren’t wrong. But it appears Black folks ain’t going nowhere. Instead here we stand at the mercy of mad White men.

What can Black folks do to create viable lines of defense against a multi-front attack? Education, health care, Jobs and Law enforcement - Black people will be targeted on every societal battlefield. Marginalized, slighted, discriminated against, excluded and punished in all endeavors at all levels. And the only thing forbidding actual physical genocide is a free press, and lest we forget they’re the eye’s n’ ears of the globe's population, . . . and the free press is the target of Lord Trump and his minions everyday. When President Bannon silences the press, Black folks need to start worrying about our collective well being. Black America needs an all encompassing cohesive effort to address the ills and woes Black folks endure.

We simply can’t “make this up as we go along.”

We desperately require a collection of great thinkers - not politicians, preachers, lawyers or activist, but rather “deep n’ heavy” thinkers from credentialed scientist to certified dreamers to convene and strategize over “how-to” navigate these hostile US waters; how to bring-to life the Great Black American Empire. Internally we are crumbling under the weight of being poor and Black in an elitist and racist America. Many of our traditional neighborhoods have regressed to valueless shooting galleries, where Bloods, Crips and Gangster Disciples are killing each other for the crumbs off Trump’s gold-plated table. And of course we’re under attack from historical, traditional external forces - we are the enemy of White America - from the local police to bankers, real-estate brokers, doctors, engineers, teachers, Militias and vigilantes.

What are Black America’s options? What can we do to address our concerns?

I’d like to submit a challenge to progressive think tanks across America to construct a “plan” for Black America to survive and hopefully have our offspring thrive in the decades to come. I appeal to the National Think Tank for African American Progress, the Center for American Progress, the NDN and their peers to hand craft a plan to “save” Black America.

A people without a plan are doomed.

There are a number of options we should explore; but before the sun sets we’d better appeal-to the United Nations, just as Malcolm X was attempting to do at the time of his murder 50 odd years ago. We need the global body to look into our peculiar African American predicament and to keep a watchful eye on our well-being. If you look up one day and our numbers go from 43 million or so down to 3 - Ben Carson, Uncle Clarence Thomas and Omarosa well then something's gone horribly wrong for Afro-Americans.

Yes we fear to what depths the Trump administration is capable of going. Hear me, the only thing halting Trump’s Storm troopers from marching us off to internment camps, ovens and gas chambers is . . . it looks bad published via a free press. But, if no one witnesses Lady Liberty being ganged-raped - who’s to say?

Yes, we fear genocide, and why shouldn’t we?
