At this point I believe Trump will win, by “hook or crook,” whatever the hell that means, so I’m preparing for the worst. I’m a realistic pragmatist, The “Right” has stolen a couple of Presidential elections already, they perceive their empire at stake and “3’s” a charm. So from that perspective, Trump is the next President.

Donald Trump, I’m sorry, Lord Trump, King of all Earth is proposing the strong-armed “gestapo” tactics of the Big Apple’s “Little Rudy Giuliani” - “Stop n’ Frisk” - a term which translates from Redneck-lish to plain-old english as; “Get outta’ the car boy, some Nigger just robbed a liquor store . . and he looked just like your Black ass!”

Trump attempted to soften the pronouncement with the stipulation he only means to restore this Constitutionally illegal, morally/ethically-bias tool of American apartheid in Ch-town.

Sure, right, yeah. Chicago today, Atlanta the next day, from Austin to Boston by April Fool’s Day, before you know it, coast-t-coast.

It’s no surprise Trump’s been enthusiastically endorsed by the KKK, the America Nazi’s and now the nation's largest, most prominent Police Officers unions are backing him. This bucketful of . . . despicable deplorables, lead by a despot, they yearn-for someone in office who’ll “unleash” them, and give them license to hunt who apparently more than just a few of their ilk consider asguillais in the midst . . . .

“OPEN SEASON ON NIGGERS”

Here at the closing of 2016 Black folks are fighting a two-front war; we’re fighting the everyday average White man, while we’re at war with ourselves.

Right now, today, Black men are gunning-down more Black people than White people are murdering innocent Black folk. We’re doing the dirty work of Klansmen better than they do. Nonetheless, as Black people we’re reluctant to “focus” on “internal self-destruction” because, and this is critical - we can’t do too-much about 33 dead in Chitown a weekend. We, as a people, as Black adults, as the fragmented remnants of a nuclear family - mothers, fathers and grandparents of young Black folks - we have limited influence and control our own kids. We want, no demand the White teachers and police to do it, and we’ve little shame about that.

We should.

On a whole, most Black folks live in as much day-to-day fear of fatherless Black teenage boys as we do bad cops. Stop me when I start lying; more home break ins, assaults and other felonies are committed-by young Black males against other Black folks than by angry White men, and we, as Black folks don’t want to ”harp-on” that. Black America is stuck between a rock and a hard-ass place, betwixt the devil and the deep blue sea . . . .

There’s got to be a deliberate, strategic effort mounted to lay the foundation for an neighborhood environment which is “family friendly” and provides a economically healthy climate which is conducive to legit trade, commerce and investment. Not carpet-baggers with firewater shacks and Check-cashing emporiums.

Yes Chocolate villages, towns and cities could exist in relative peace and tranquility through law and order. Yes, black people can live in an environment that is similar to parts of northern Europe and all of Japan i.e., very-low crime rates compared to what we endure in America’s cities. Yes, there could be an end-to Afro-American inter-tribal warfare - over the crumbs and scraps off Mr. Charlie’s table, where all the collateral damage is innocent Black folks. President Obama, not President Trump should be the commander-in-chief who recreates the US Army’s historical all Black regiments - the 9th and 10th Cavalry and the 24th and 25th Infantry, and then upon doing-so declare “martial law” in Chicago and deploy these Black men and women as peace-seeking troops brought-in to foster harmony and calm in an volcanic yet tragic situation - and do it in a civilized manner.

I’m sorry but I don’t have any confidence, any certainty or belief . . . honestly I don’t trust most White men and women, in that type unique policing situation to be, on a whole - fair, decent and equitable when dealing with Black people. There's nothing, I mean not-a-goddamn prior experience we’ve had with White America which has been “on the up n’ up,” so why should this monumental unprecedented situation be measurably different?

Peace must rule Black America and I don’t know what “Job Program,” what Martin Luther King Recreation Center’s “afterschool” programs or what “100 Black Men” are going to be able to create a weighable, measurable progressive change-of climate in Chicago, Once more, before we can bring-back breadwinner jobs, stability and little pink houses . . . you’ve got to create a village environment which is family friendly and conducive to trade, commerce and investment. And here’s the kicker - if we wait for disinterested White folks to do this for us, to top-prioritize our ills, woes and needs, and revamp the hood in a civilized manner . . . well we will be sitting here until elephants fly.

If Black America had our own government, we’d send-in peacekeeping troops, but we don’t, we’re at the mercy, and I do mean the sheer “mercy” of White folks to act with or for us. Most of which are clearly disconnected White folks who devalue Black n’ Brown lives and harbor gutter-low expectations for US citizens of color. Republican TEA Party folks who honestly, at the end of the day, I simply don’t believe “like” Black n’ Tan people.

The closest thing to “Black autonomy” is to have a Black President send into war-torn Chicago Black troops . . . no, dah?

If Obama fails to make this decisive move, it's a damn good chance Donald Trump will send in troops sometime in the early winter of next year. “Stop n’ frisk” will overnight transform into “detain and beat the hell out of them.”

That’s way, way too-much power for a racist, sexist, islamophobic xenophobic want-to-be tyrant like Trump to have and disseminate to his underlings and followers. The thought for Americans of color ought be an horrific one.

A race war looms on the horizon.

We can bet our Black asses this empire’s first self-anointed emperor, heeding advice from his White supremacist roundtable is plotting to send-in para military forces, declare martial law. So instead of Buffalo Soldiers I’m suggesting we’ll have Trump, like LAPD chief Daryl Gates did in the 1960’s - go to the philosophical heart of the Neo-Confederacy to recruit for his “e-lite” force. Trump will send-in certified 21st century Confederates, who just happen to be law enforcement/military to “cleanse” the hood . . . by any barbaric, cutthroat means required. And don't forget the nation-wide police fraternal organizations have backed Trump, while the Black fraternal organizations haven’t and are condemning their “blue brothers” for being able to rationalize, minimize and dismiss the fact the KKK backs Trump . . . and now so do the police.

Can you say Coup-D’etat?

Look, if Trump’s troops will be extraditing Mexicans, Central Americans and the darker Asians . . . while banishing Arabs and African Muslims, Muslims of all shapes, sizes n’ colors - is there some false expectations amongst Black Americans we won’t be strong-armed too?

Black people are widely regarded by White America as their personal Public Enemy #1. Homegrown Islamic terrorist garner more humane treatment than what Black Americans receive. NYPD wounded a Terrorist who planted bombs and who was returning fire at them, while they recklessly kill fleeing, unarmed Black folks.

Tragically the Windy City’s climate and environment is both volatile and combustible - warranting, hell demanding such drastic action. Black folks, specifically n’ predictably young men are slaughtering each-other at rates which stagger the mind. I’m sorry but we’ve been fighting-over the crumbs for so, so very long it’s a “way of life,” this blood-feud is tragically all many of us know. It has become a cultural thing.

My people have been battered, brutalized and beaten-up by White society. Our culture, our humanity practically erased by Willie Lynch’s letter, Black folks are the culmination of centuries of inhuman treatment which stripped-down the rank n’ file who’re forced to abide-by some convoluted theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

We are a bewildered people, but we aren't a beaten nor broken people. We’ve been the victim of “divide and conquer,“ pitted against one-another . . . and we can’t grow out of this mindset fast-enough. We display the dysfunctional self-destructive ills n’ woes of being branded human property and 4th-class stewarge for centuries, of-being denied education, socialization, to travel and the arts. Our way of patchwork Black life is one of “improvise, adapt and attempt to overcome” life's normal hurdles, in addition to, in addition to I say unfathomable White man-made mine-fields. For the vast majority of Afro-Americans - the odds of us living long and prospering are against us, even with two parents and financial security it helps, but in the power-holding WASP establishment's eyes . . . we’s all be just hated and despised Niggers.

President Obama could concretely address this ever-deteriorating dire-situation, and hopefully sending-in empathetic Black troops is more successful than Trump deploying apathetic, indifferent if not hate-filled SS Stormtroopers. Unquestionably battalions of noble, honorable volunteer Buffalo Soldiers instead of a nation-wide lynch-mob of blue-shite wearing, camouflage-clad mercenary Confederate soldiers of racism makes sense, common-sense logic. We can “better” police ourselves than the descendants of our oppressors and tormentors. . . that's only 9th-grade philosophical logic.
