The Global African
Climate Awareness
&
Update on Puerto Rico

A unique tour bus of musicians, actors, activists
and poets have been touring major cities to bring
awareness of climate change’s disproportionate
affect on people of color. We talk to organizers and
participants of this bus tour. In our last segment on
Puerto Rico's debt crisis, we touched on the factors
that led to its decadelong recession, population
loss and the neoliberal factors causing the Caribbean
Island's decadelong recession. We get an update on
the situation in the commonwealth. The Global
African host Bill Fletcher explores these stories with
Rev. Graylan Hagler, Pastor at Plymouth Congregational
United Church of Christ, and Frank Charnas, CEO
and cofounder of Afrique Consulting.
