One only need be stabbed once to get the point (no pun intended). Yet, Barack Obama, the Democratic Party foxes, the Republican Party wolves, and their corporate / military masters are constantly stabbing the people of this nation and world with lies, lies, and more lies.

When it became apparent to the U.S. corporate plutocracy that the despised George W. Bush and his Republican Party wolves had outlived their immediate usefulness to them, the corporate / military complex made a switch and backed a superficially different proverbial horse - this time a colored one versus a white one - to continue their bidding. Liberals, so-called ‘progressives,’ and the phony left in this nation overwhelmingly jumped on the corporate-brand Obama political band wagon; precisely as the corporate / military complex knew they would.

Now, this nation is in the untenable situation of having placed the political foxes in place to guard the hen house, even as the howling political wolves encircle the entire farm, eagerly awaiting their opportunity to once more devour whatever hens the foxes have not already eaten. Unfortunately, it is the everyday Black, White, Brown, Red, and Yellow peoples of this nation who have been cast into the role of the hens and who are being politically and economically emaciated and devoured.

If this situation were not so precarious and sadly pathetic, it might almost be comical, even as the corporate owned, self-described “news” media persists in omitting crucial information, lying to, and disseminating mediocre and mindless distractions for and to the peoples of this nation and world. This daily reality has become the theater of the absurd, with the end game being to utterly obliterate critical thinking and opposition.

We have moved from the inarticulate, war mongering and corporate-backed G W Bush to the highly articulate, war mongering and corporate-backed Barack Obama. We have jumped collectively from the frying pan into the fire. It is reminiscent of the words from an old ‘Negro’ spiritual: “God gave Noah the rainbow sign, no more water the fire next time.”

Indeed, the fires are burning. They are burning in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan. They have burned in the oil-soaked Gulf of Mexico. They are burning in the increasing unemployment, home foreclosures, and homelessness in this nation. They are burning in the souls of the masses of everyday people who are daily economically victimized by the vampires and vultures of the corporate elite. They are burning in the massive, corporate prison gulags of this nation. They are burning in the incessant environmental ravaging of this planet - Mother Earth. Oh yes, the fires are burning alright - and all that we the people get are lies, lies, and more lies!

What of the Corporate Media?

The de facto mantra of the corporate “news” media to everyday people is: ‘tune in, turn on, and (and most of all) drop out.’ The corporate media is notorious for its mediocrity, distortion, and omission. Distract, lie, and omit.

In point of fact, the corporate media (as the U.S. Government itself) is quite literally owned, supported, and operated by the same corporate, blood-sucking criminal elite who are emaciating everyday people nationally and internationally. Thus, it is absurd to expect or look to the corporate media for anything other than what it does best: i.e. distortion, distraction, mediocrity, and omission. The corporate media consistently demonstrates that it is little more than the propaganda wing for the corporate government. It is, for example, no mere coincidence that in its scant coverage of the unfolding national and planetary oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, the corporate media (and the government) persist in referring to it as a minor-sounding “oil spill,” when in fact it is more akin to being a human-induced, underwater, oil-spewing volcano of gigantic and catastrophic proportion. Moreover, the magnitude and scope of this terrible economic, environmental, and human disaster has yet to be seriously or effectively addressed and reported on by the corporate media. But that’s okay, right? After all, approximately two weeks before this colossal corporate criminal atrocity in the Gulf of Mexico, Barack Obama had assured the nation that off-shore drilling is safe and that the government was vigorously regulating it. Obama of course simply lied. But who cares? The corporate media sure as hell doesn’t, and it doesn’t want you to know or care either.

This is the nature of the corporate media beast, not only in this matter, but in all matters of importance to everyday people.

Obama the Lying Trickster

On virtually every single important political issue that is near and dear to real - versus fake - progressives and leftists, Barack Obama has repeatedly demonstrated chicanery and contempt for everyday people.

On single payer health care, the continuing U.S. wars in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan, renewing and extending the ‘Patriot Act,’ continuing ‘Rendition’ [i.e. illegal international U.S. kidnapping], supporting apartheid Zionism, Guantanamo prisoners, massive environmental degradation, labor rights, mass incarceration, immigrant rights, abortion rights, etc.; Barack Obama has come down squarely on the wrong side, always in favor of the corporate / military elite and not the people.

The big lie that liberals and phony so-called ‘progressives’ spew is that Barack Obama and the Democratic Party foxes are still somehow better than the Republican Party wolves. THAT IS A LIE - THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME! In fact, Barack Obama has carried out and expanded upon the very same unacceptable and discredited policies, started by the Bush/Cheney Republican Party wolves; and he has been far more insidiously effective in emaciating everyday people than G W Bush could have ever dreamed of being. The installment of the Obama / Biden administration in the White House was and is a continuation of G W Bush Republican Party policies in all but name. Thus, the articulate, insipid, hypocrite Barack Obama, is enormously dangerous to the national and planetary environment, to world peace with justice, and to your very health. Wake up!!! Think!!!

We must reject the vomit from the Democratic Party foxes and the Republican Party wolves. We must understand that any feigned conflict between them [the Democrats and Republicans] is a fake one, meant to confuse, manipulate, and pimp the emotions of the people.

Let us politically organize third parties outside of the corporate military death trap of Democratic and Republican Party foxes and wolves. We must free ourselves once and for all from these blood-suckers. We must engage in critical thinking and act accordingly.

It is time for all people of good will, real progressives, and real leftists to stand up for real systemic change, in opposition to those who seek to keep us politically deaf, dumb, blind, and powerless.

Onward my sisters and brothers! Onward!
